Dog Bakery: It's a Good Thing

Sunday, after a quick video-documented frisbee session and a rest after lunch, we finally drove down to the only dog bakery on the beach.  Salty Paws Biscuits is in Nags Head, North Carolina across from the Jockey's Ridge state park.  Salty Paws is one of the best places to go on the beach.  Not only do they have a great selection of toys, bandannas, and life jackets (for those of us dogs that swim), they have the tastiest, freshest, biggest selection of cookies this side of the Mississippi.

After choosing our cookies from the bar (so many flavors you can't even imagine), a toy, and a thundershirt for Edgar, we were treated to an introduction of some special seafood cookies.  Lovely shapes of sea creatures make eating these yummy morsels even more fun.

Sorry you have to look at out bums, but we were too busy eating our sea cookies to pose for a picture!  Mouths and stomachs will be dealt with first before taking pictures.
Once the cookies were gone though, mom and I had to pose for one on the crates.

Can you tell by my smile that I love Salty Paws?
Even though we are home now, we have a nice big bag of treats that we get to slobber over every morning.  We had Pizza flavored ones this morning.  Yesterday was cheese and garlic; I think they're my all-time favorite.  Thanks to the people at Salty Paws Biscuits who make my edible dreams come true!
